Tailored Dogs Pty Ltd handles personal information as follows.

Your information

We collect contact details, dog and care information, bookings, attendance, agreements, payments, correspondence and recordings from you, authorised contacts and our services. We use them for applications, care, communication, administration, safety and legal obligations. Missing essential information may prevent assessment or care.

Relevant information may be shared as reasonably necessary and lawful with our team, authorised contacts, vets, advisers, insurers, authorities and providers of forms, communications, records, AI-assisted administration and payments. We do not sell or rent personal information. Providers may handle information overseas, including in the United States, New Zealand and Ireland.

We take reasonable steps to protect electronic and paper records. Application and customer records are currently kept unless deletion is requested. We assess requests against necessary care, legal and insurance records and explain anything retained.

Cameras and photos

CCTV records video and audio, including reception conversations. We cannot promise an unrecorded space. Only owner-directors routinely access recordings for care, safety, security, checking instructions or attendance, incidents and legal or insurance matters. Necessary lawful disclosures may be made. Footage overwrites at variable intervals; relevant extracts may be retained longer where reasonably needed or legally required.

You may withdraw future audio consent; contact us before entry where possible. The supplied care terms protect affected unused care and benefits. Dog-only filming and promotion are a condition of care under those terms, which explain use, separate permissions, withdrawal and removal. Identifiable people, voices and private or sensitive material need separate promotional permission.

Website and marketing

Website and form providers collect device, usage and cookie information, including before submission. Meta Pixel may send website activity, identifiers and hashed contact details to Meta for measurement and advertising. Browser settings and Meta Ad preferences offer choices but may not stop all collection.

Marketing is optional. Unsubscribe through a message or contact us; we action requests within five working days. Necessary service messages may continue.

Requests and concerns

Contact hello@tailoreddogs.com for access, correction, deletion or privacy complaints. Our owner-directors review requests and aim to respond within 30 days, explaining any refusal or delay. Requests and corrections are free. The OAIC can advise on further complaint options.
